See, I can connect with you because we share similar reference points in life AND I know what it feels like to have the body of a 40-something-year-old…it feels amazing, quite frankly.
Another commonality of our demographic is we are excelling in our careers (super busy) and we socialize/travel often!
We are group creatures who value community and so whether it’s dinner parties at home, dining out or dancing it up at the clerrb, we are busy dudes!
Guys often share that they are nervous about starting to work on their fitness because they’ll have to pause their social life or restrict the things they love. If I required you to do that, the FIT OVER 40 program would be pretty much empty.
I meet you (us) where we are. Because it’s about developing lifestyle changes that are lasting, not just losing a bunch of fat then going back to where we were.
I’ve figured out how to build going-out and having drinks or dinner with our loved ones, with the fitness and accountability that is required to change our bodies AND stay sexy & fit for life.
So as Madonna says, “get out on the dancefloor…” and enjoy your social life, the occasional drinks and dinners out, and incorporate the least amount of work necessary to achieve the most change you can in your bodies. Because most of us don’t live to workout - we workout to live.
This is the best time of life yet - let’s make sure our bodies match the rest of this fabulous moment!
