Is that the workouts are not hard enough. They lack intensity.
I say it all the time - if you’re not making ugly faces and sounds, you’re not going to build the muscle you want.
We tend to fall into our comfort zones. That’s not going to make it hard. Or big.
If you want it to be big (or have any muscle at all) - it has to be hard!
I give my clients specific direction on how to increase intensity and feel workouts as they’ve never felt before.
