Hear me out on this dream I had...

I was butt-ass naked and kept coming back to the same tree that looked like...

A naked dude!

I couldn't find my way out. I was going in circles. Sweating. Frustrated. Scared.

Damn guy, how’d I get here!? How do I get out!?

I woke up in a cold sweat and quickly realized what it meant...

HERE'S WHAT

When you’re trying to take the fat off, leaving your nutrition to intuition - just doing what you “think” is going to work - does NOT work.

You think you’re doing what it takes but you keep landing right back where you started.

Alone. Fat. Frustrated. Back at the same damned naked-dude tree.

HERE'S WHY

Your body is used to taking in a certain amount of calories and it DOES NOT want to change. We evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to use as few calories and to store fat as much fat as possible, since most of our history was wrought with times of food scarcity.

We needed all the body fat we could store.

But not anymore…

Your body “hijacks” your brain into doing what IT wants - keeping you at the same amount of calories you’ve been at for years.

Your mind will even crave certain foods that are high calorie in order to make up for any deficit you created by fasting, for instance. So you’ll be SUPER hungry and for all the wrong things.

This is your body telling your brain to get those calories right back. And this can be incredibly difficult to fight off.

You’ll think you’re in a deficit and eating “healthy” and then wonder why you’re continually ending up right back where you started - at that same weird tree in the forest.

HERE'S THE SOLUTION

You've got to grab your eating habits by the balls, get uncomfortable, and force your body into submission.

This means setting goals and tracking so that you are sure you’re hitting the numbers.

This allows you to:

Stay out of the gutter, so to speak (stay on track).

Be able to eat whatever you want - you build it into your day!

Give you a visual of what you’re eating/drinking which is accountability. You’re much less likely to go for the chips when you have to track it. And you see how much that wine is really adding to your daily calories.

And finally gain the muscle, lose the fat, and get that leaner body you've always wanted!

This. Is. The. Way.
