They slide into your feed with the same line: “Get shredded in 12 weeks! Trust me, it’s gonna feel so good.”

Next thing you know, you're handed a cookie-cutter plan, a pasted DM that says “You got this, bro,” and you’re left on your own - ghosted like a Tinder hookup - while they speed off in their BMW to their “modeling gig” in West Hollywood.
The result? You feel used. And worse, you blame yourself for not sticking with it.
But here’s the truth: they weren’t really in it for you. It feels good for them.
