You’ve been working out for a while now…

But when you use your gym mirrors to check out other guys (come on, we all do it)...

You wonder what the hell they’re doing to get those arms!?

You ask yourself, “how the TITS does he grow that chest!?”

And, “why not me!?”

“How. The. F*$&!?”

Here’s what they’re doing that you’re not:

Making crazy faces and noises 😝🤨😣

Hear me out…

What I mean is that you’re not pushing yourself enough to “fatigue” your muscles in order to make them balloon. You aren’t taking your muscles to a point where you almost can’t do another rep.

So your body doesn’t find any reason to build - you’re doing about the same work each rep/exercise/workout and so you’re stuck… And you’re bailing on the burn.

When we push ourselves to the point of near exhaustion, sounds that we can’t control inevitably come out of our mouths. And our face wince in joyous strain 🤪.

(It does not look or sound pretty. And your Botox won’t last as long - trust me. Up side: people will think you had cosmetic surgery on your body - in a good way!)

But once you kill your ego relative to how you look and sound at the gym, you will be able to grunt through your workouts and finally see the man-lumps pop!

So stop judging the faces other guys make… And once your face starts to contort and your muscles really burn, give it 2 or 3 more reps.

Sure there’s a lot more to it, but try this for a quick win and see some immediate results!

And don’t forget to check YOURSELF out in the locker room after your workout.
