Having a fit body is like driving a new Porsche.
Having a weak body is like driving a 1992 Dodge Caravan. (Shoutout to all the 90’s dads out there!).
If you’ve never driven a Porsche, that’s ok. You get the idea.
I can’t afford to drive a luxury sports car.
But I can make my body feel like one.
And frankly, I’d rather have a body that’s strong, agile, quick, and that I like to look at in the mirror…
Than a fancy car and a body that drives like a rusty tin can filled with mud.
I choose to save by driving my Mazda and investing more $$, time and energy into the vessel that I’ll be driving for the next 40 years or so (that's me).
To be clear - there’s nothing wrong with buying a really nice car! So long as we’re also taking care of #1 (that’s you ;0)
Cars come and go, but our bodies are all we’ve got from here on in.
And at nearly 44, I’m going to give mine all of the upgrades I possibly can.
I want it to look like a million bucks and drive like a dream.
Mid-life crisis be damned!

Coach Z.
