I was struggling in my 30s; I was climbing uphill.
I was hanging out with some bad influences.
I was trying different careers - I didn’t know what I wanted to do - so I was stressed about money. I was not taking great care of my body - I didn’t understand its true value yet.
I was lost and didn’t know who I was or what I really wanted in life.
Now that I’m in my 40's, I’m over that hill:
I decided to X people out of my life who didn’t add value.
I found a career that’s my passion, and I’m excelling in it.
I know who I am and what I want, and I’m going for it.
I’m smarter, wiser, an expert in my career, and more confident in who I am.
I've got much more to learn and I'm excited about what's to come.
But only because I understand the infinite value of taking care of my body and
I refuse to let my health slide downhill - I’m doubling down on exercise and eating well.
So I can gain wisdom with age, AND health, and be the superhuman that we all have the ability to be.
We tend to let the idea that physically “it’s all downhill from here” become truth.
That’s not true!
You too have the ability to not just become wiser with age, but rather wiser AND physically stronger, sexier, and to feel more amazing than ever.
So why let your body slide down the hill while everything else is going up?
