I’ve been working with a lot of guys lately who are on GLP-1 medications and they have been very successful. But here’s the tea:

They can be incredible tools for weight loss, but like everything in life, they aren't without trade-offs.

The reality is that they help you keep the weight off only as long as you stay on them, but once you come off, it’s very easy to gain the fat back.

Unless you’ve used that time to reshape not just your body, but your relationship with your food environment, and you’ve taken the right steps to maintain muscle during the process.

If you aren't prioritizing protein, other important nutrients, and the right kind of strength training, you're losing muscle, not just fat.

Studies show that when you lose muscle mass and fail to change your lifestyle habits, your body will rapidly pack the fat back on the moment you stop the medication.

And if you’re just celebrating the scale going down, you’re probably losing valuable muscle. You’ve got to track your fat AND muscle metrics.

You need an accountability structure to ensure you’re getting enough muscle stimulation and nutrients so your hard work and financial investment don't go to waste.

If you're currently navigating a GLP-1 regimen or thinking of starting, don’t do it alone.

Let's do this right, and for good.

Love,

Coach Zach
