Check out this mind-blowing recently published study (click here to access the PDF) from Stanford! We learn that our body ages at two main points post-puberty:

Around age 44 and age 60.

(I’m 44! It’s now or never…)

What does this mean?

Aging is not as gradual as we once thought. Our bodies age in a sort of “burst” in our mid-forties.

As stated in the article, “...the importance of regular exercise, especially lifting weights to keep muscle mass," are crucial to offset these sudden changes.

A healthy diet, and exercise, are the only truly effective ways to offset the effects of aging.

So men, we have a choice to make

1. Allow our bodies to take age lying down

2. Work to keep ourselves youthful and strong so as to overcome this turn of the proverbial dial of time. And barely even notice the changes!

Are you ready to choose option B like my clients and I, and move with confidence into this incredible phase of life?

For us, it isn’t an option.

You’re a much more advanced human mentally, emotionally and spiritually in your 40’s & 50’s than you were in your 20’s & 30s…

Why let your body go backward and deteriorate? What a shame that would be.

Xoxo,

Coach Z.
