Who’s ready for some time off? *raises both hands* Let’s take a break. We deserve it. Christmas is one of my favorite times of year: It feels like the world takes a big deep breath and gives our attention to rest and kindness… To ourselves and to others… All at the same time. Set down your phone, soften your focus, go on long walks, look out on nature, play with your pet, eat delicious food, touch someone, and enjoy being a human. These things will bring you at least as much return on your health as eating whole foods and exercise. You’ll never regret it. Enjoy your holidays. Merry Christmas.
