1. Shoulder Activation Sets (30s rest between)
a. Upright Rear Delt Raise (15 reps/1 sets)
b. YTA (15 reps/1 sets)
2. Shoulder Superset (10-15 reps/3 sets/all in a row then 90s rest before next set)
a. Thumbs Down Shoulder Raise
b. DB rear Delt Row
c. DB Scoop Press (seated or standing)
3. Arms Superset (10-15 reps/3 sets/all in a row then 90s rest before next set)
a. DB Incline Bicep Curl
b. Overhead Tricep Extension
