This past Tuesday, I officially turned 45!

People love to tell us that once we hit this age, we're officially “over the hill.” They treat mid-life like it's a slow, depressing slide down.

Fuck that shit! For me, it's officially all uphill from here.

We're not winding down. We're just getting started on the climb to the top.

It's a journey that has no real end, so I'm going to enjoy it and make sure each decade is my absolute best.

Now I’m not winding down, I’m doubling down on my health:

- Bounding up hills instead of just walking.

- Taking the stairs every single chance I get.

- Spending more time in nature to keep my mind clear and stress down.

- Following a fitness plan so I have accountability and don’t get off track.

- Planning my meals at home so I’m sure to keep nutrition in check.

It’s a continuous upgrade for me - I set out to make 40 my best year, then I vowed to make 43 my best year, and now I'm going to be my absolute best at 45. You get the idea…

The reality is that you can't treat your body in your 40's the way you did in your 20's or 30's. Our stress levels are higher and we have less free time than ever.

We need an ultra-specific strategy to see real results, and why not build a stronger, sexier body than we had in our 20's and 30's!?

What are you waiting for?

xoxo,

Coach Z.
